Harmony seamlessly integrates holistic and functional medicine with her intuitive understanding of the physical body and emotional health, the root of who we are and their connection to health and healing. As co-owner of Integrative Acupuncture, she has been practicing for over 16 years and still loves every minute of it. By completely immersing herself in holistic medicine, it has taught her so much and brought her so much joy. She is excited to share the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine along with Functional Medicine’s 21st century approach to wellness with her patients and the community.
As the owner of Reclaim Wellness, she has created a relaxed and nurturing space for patients to slow down, re-center and rediscover their optimal health. Living in a fast paced world with so many distractions, we all need a place that we can retreat to, rebalance and get back in touch with our body and our inner peace.
Deeply embedded throughout the philosophies of both Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine is the principal that all bodies are self-regulating with an innate intelligence to self-heal. What causes suffering and disease are the many factors that disrupt this natural intelligence.
Reclaim Wellness will always be patient-centered and WHOLE PERSON FOCUSED. By this she means, rather than treating symptoms, she will take inventory of the many ways each person has lost balance within their body as well as within their lives and design a plan to re-establish that balance. She is highly motivated to empower and support each patient in making the necessary and positive changes to feel their very best.
PERSONAL STORY
She devoted herself to the study of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine after being diagnosed with cancer first in 1997 and again in 2001, later receiving a stem cell transplant. During her treatments for Lymphoma, she was convinced that there was a missing component to her recovery – a lack of attention to her whole body and mind well-being. She actively sought out and found Traditional Chinese Medicine as the perfect complement to her traditional cancer therapies.
The use of acupuncture and herbal medicine helped her to attain a complete recovery with some degree of herself intact. Fortunately, she can proudly say that she is a cancer survivor
today. Because of this experience, she has committed herself to working with cancer patients like herself to help them in their full body and mind well-being and recovery. She has focused many hours of continuing education in the field of Functional Medicine to combat the growing problem of chronic disease in our country.
This allows her to address the underlying causes of disease by shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient centered approach. She feels strongly that wellness can be achieved by using the time honored practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine along with the core concepts of Functional Medicine to address the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. She believes that this allows for a better understanding of the origins, prevention and treatment of complex chronic disease.

Lauren Reese

Lauren Reese is a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician in the state of Florida. She received her Bachelor of Health Science and Master’s Degree of Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL – where she first met Harmony. Lauren also holds the title of Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), and received her certification from Functional Medicine University.
Lauren earned her first Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from FAU where her emphasis was on neuropsychology and the study of the cognitive effects of chronic crack and cocaine abuse – a passion that developed into the study and treatment of traumatic brain injuries (TBI). During the process of searching for new complimentary treatments, Lauren began to see the positive effects of acupuncture in patients suffering from TBI and addiction to prescription and non-prescription drugs.
She has continued to expand her knowledge through continuing education with a focus on brain health, understanding blood chemistry and the use homeopathic injections for acute and chronic pain. Lauren’s commitment and dedication to providing acupuncture, functional medicine, and holistic counseling services in a calm and compassionate manner is a major asset to Reclaim Wellness.
PERSONAL STORY
My love of acupuncture came out of my own desperation to get relief from my once debilitating sciatic pain. I felt crippled and could barely walk a few steps without wincing in agony from spasms. I had been taking over the counter pain aids for relief and nothing was helping. I remembered always passing by a certain acupuncture practice and decided I had nothing to lose. After receiving a few consecutive treatments my pain was starting to ease. I was sleeping better and wasn’t continuously exhausted due to the pain. The referral pain down my leg was disappearing and I was getting my back. I continued receiving acupuncture and felt like it was my saving grace. When I see patients come in with pain I am not only empathetic but eager to help speed their recovery time and offer helpful advice in prevention.

Kety brings together the art of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and esthetics in a truly unique and integrative way.
She is board-certified in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and a licensed medical esthetician, allowing her to support patients from both an internal wellness and external rejuvenation perspective.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that true beauty begins within. She is deeply passionate about helping patients feel not only better in their bodies, but also more confident in their skin. By blending traditional Chinese medicine with advanced aesthetic techniques, she creates treatment plans that support balance, vitality, and natural radiance.
At Reclaim Wellness, she offers a range of services including acupuncture, herbal support, microneedling, and hair restoration, expanding our ability to care for patients in an even more comprehensive and holistic way. When she is out of the office, she is spending quality time with her husband and children and dogs.
Jessica Prestia
REIKI MASTER
Jessica Prestia is a Reiki Master, Certified Meditation Teacher with Davidji, Spiritual Coach, and Crystal and Sound Healer.
Her passion is to touch the heart of those she encounters and to teach them how to consciously create their life through the understanding that every thought, word or action shifts the energy in their field and creates their destiny. Jess uses Reiki to help release the energetic blockages we may be holding onto that are no longer serving us.
During a session, clients will receive a chakra assessment and alignment. Reiki energy healing, intuitive messages, chakra energy reading , and spiritual coaching. Clients have referred to her sessions as a “spiritual massage.”
Her sessions are designed to help clients discover their purpose, provide insight for their life, and support their goals. Jess’s firm intention is to help people connect to their highest self and support transformation.
PERSONAL STORY
In 2015 her sister, Juliette, was diagnosed with breast cancer, which led Jess to find ways to help support Juliette for her journey. Jessica started using meditation as a way to calm her own emotions and be able to support her family. She was then led to study Reiki and became a certified Reiki Master in 2017. Jessica used Reiki to help provide healing for her sister and found a love for healing others. In 2018, Jessica wanted to continue her spiritual journey and decided to study under Davidji to become a certified meditation teacher. Jessica has always had love for the healing power of crystals, and in 2018 decided to also become a certified Crystal Healer. Jessica has held numerous workshops, reiki circles, reiki certification courses, sound healing and classes to help inspire the spiritual growth and healing of others. Jess is also a featured reiki teacher on Davidji’s “Mind Shift” network.
Vicki Accardi

Vicki has been in private practice specializing in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and toxic beliefs. Her unique understanding of grief comes from many years of working at Hospice. She has expertise, in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stress Reduction, Meditation, and Mindfulness Skills. She believes the essence of the nature of people is inherently good. Her desire is to help clients see this essence and to see possibilities for their future.
Elke Kaeppner
CHT, NLP, TBF | HYPNOTHERAPIST
Born and raised in Germany, Elke, became a licensed Physical Therapist before embarking on a journey that led her to the United States by way of New Zealand. Elke Kappner, international speaker, teacher and healer is a graduate of the professional certification course at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America – one of the world’s most comprehensive and extensive schools for Hypnotherapy. She is certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E. #107-016), and has achieved certification in Creative Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Master Practitioner Patrick Singleton.
Elke had the distinguished honor of training with Dr. Jon Connelly, Ph.D., LCSW, developer of ‘Rapid Resolution Therapy’. Elke has extensive experience working with clients that have struggled with drug and alcohol addictions and other unwanted behaviors and the associated issues of anxiety, stress, trauma, low self esteem, anger, regret, grief, etc. Elke is a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator developed by the world-renowned breathwork teacher and healer Dr. Judith Kravitz. Also, Elke enjoys being physically-fit, practicing yoga, traveling and is an avid reader of personal growth and spirituality writings and is following a healthy lifestyle. She is bilingual: native German and fluent in English.

Jen made her way to Reclaim Wellness from Dayton, Ohio—and we’re pretty sure we won the lottery when she did. With a Bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA, she brings both brains and heart to everything she touches. Her love for all things holistic led her to become a certified aerial yoga instructor, with a special focus on restorative practice.
Around here, Jen is nothing short of a unicorn. Our go-to for literally anything and everything insurance-related (seriously, nothing fazes her). She seamlessly wears multiple hats as both our Practice Manager and IT Director, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Jen’s curiosity, drive to learn, and genuine desire to help others shine through in every interaction. And the best part? You’ll feel her warm, welcoming energy the moment you walk through our doors.

Natalia shares a blend of warmth, comfort, professionalism, and the sweetest heart to our front desk. She earned her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2020 and has spent several years supporting children and families through emotional challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Her background has shaped a deeply compassionate, client-centered approach and sparked a genuine curiosity about how our mental, emotional, and physical well-being are all connected.
Natalia is passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journeys. She truly values creating a space where you can feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, because those first steps toward wellness matter.
When she's not at Reclaim, you can find her exploring all things holistic wellness, yoga, sound baths, spending quality time with her family or hanging out snuggling with her adorable dachshund, Charlie.
